2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use PostPalMail to impersonate any person or entity. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Acceptable Use
PostPalMail may only be used for lawful email outreach. You must not use our service to send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or messages that violate any applicable law. All recipients must have a legitimate reason to receive your emails.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: sending malware or phishing emails, harvesting emails without consent, impersonating other businesses, attempting to bypass platform limits, and any activity that violates CAN-SPAM or GDPR.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Accounts with outstanding payments may be suspended.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
PostPalMail is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including email deliverability issues.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of PostPalMail after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of major changes by email.
